Mr. Manohar Iyer Vadivel is the protégé of a South Indian Business Family, “The Vadivels” hailing from Chennai.Having gained invaluable experience, knowledge and recognition, Mr. Manohar wanted to achieve more and ventured into his own business in the year 2000 in the challenging field of ‘Real Estate Management’.
The scope of worked covered core areas of, Project Planning, Government Liasoning, Aspects of Litigation etc. in association with, ‘AG Builders – Bandra’ and successfully completed more than 10 Projects. Also partnered ‘Hotel Savoy Suites’ in the Hospitality Sector, thereby gaining a wide spectrum of experience in varied sectors.
Not the one to sit on his past laurels, Mr. Manohar started “Green Acres Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd.” in the year 2008 an ambitious 2nd Home Township Project of an impressive 500 Acres layout, in Jawhar – Rajewadi Nandgaon.
